I would like to kindly follow up on my application (passport number X5979185), which has been at 35% for 12 days.
As my semester has already started on 2 March ,I am quite concerned about the delay. I would greatly appreciate it if my application could be expedited.

Your application is currently under review, as the documents have been submitted to Immigration for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) approval. Please be informed that the VAL approval process takes 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
