Dear EMGS Officer,

I am writing to seek your urgent assistance regarding a conflict showing on my EMGS application dashboard for Application Number: #########.Today i am trying to apply for e visa.but showing this.

My dashboard currently displays a red warning stating that my travel document is already linked to another application. I would like to formally clarify that I have not authorized any other person, agent, or institution to submit a visa application on my behalf other than my current university.

I am concerned that an unauthorized application was submitted without my permission. Could you please clear so i can apply

    I check today and talk to the university. They guide me how to apply,i check today on main e visa application site,previously i am trying to apply in emgs hub app
