Hi Emg Officer, my name is Md Shahadat Hosen. I have applied for master’s program in November intake. I have 35% stuck for 1 month. They want my old passport. I don’t have any old passport. I have submitted the supporting letter already.What do I do now? My class will start very soon. Please solve my problem.i am very worried right now

Iukl,mine 35% in 48 days.before its shows yellow but 18th October after 7 days later green and then yellow, after that its turn green but 35%,still waiting

My emg application status 35% yellow,previous time they asked for additional documents, after submitted It’s turn green after that again yellow,they asked me for submit old passport, but i have not old passport, what can i do now
