Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to kindly request an update regarding my eVAL application (Application No: E#########). The application status has been showing 35% – (In Progress with Immigration) since 18 December 2025, which is now over 40 days.
I have already submitted all additional documents requested in mid-December. May I kindly ask you to check whether there is any issue with my application or if any further documents are required from my side?
If everything is in order, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could kindly follow up with the Immigration Department to assist in expediting the process.

  Kindly be informed that the Immigration are still in the midst of processing the eVAL. We will escalate to the Immigration for speed up the process of your eVAL. However, the approval is solely at the discreation of Immigration. Rest assured, any update will be notified accordingly.
