My medicale is already completed. I received two email. First email asking for submit passport to the university as a 1st notification. After 3 days Second email also asking for my passport to my university as a 2nd notification. What does it mean? I need 3 days for submit my passport.

I received a rejection on October 30 and would like to cancel my EMGS application and clear the EMGS application. However, my institution has not been able to assist me with this process.
