Dear EMGS Team,

I am writing to respectfully inquire about the status of my Student Pass Renewal Application.

I submitted the renewal application via the Universiti Malaya official Google Form on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Universiti Malaya created my student profile on January 9, 2026.
The application status updated to 20%. When I scanned my passport to submit it, probably my current student pass page is not clear. EMGS asked for this page again. I went to University the next day and submit the additional documents. From then (January 15,2026), till now my status is still the same, 20%.

Please, I want to visit my country in my semester break to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitre. But my current student pass valid till March 23, 2026.
My exam will finish on February 6, 2026.
Please consider my situation, I need my next student pass for confirming my tickets. I couldn’t confirming my tickets because of if the process late, then I have to stay for passport submission and passport collection.

Most of our Friends who applied for student pass renewal get update within 4 days. My application resume on January 15, 2026, but I couldn’t receive any update.

Please consider my situation and I will be very grateful you and your team.
