  Please be informed that the VAL has been approved by the Immigration Department on 20 January 2024. Therefore, you may proceed to make the arrangement to come to Malaysia to proceed with student visa endorsement. You are required to obtain the Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the Malaysian Embassy in your home country or apply it online on the eVisa website.
