I received an offer letter for the September session from City University on 26/7/2020 and deposited money for EMGS on 8/9/20 for 3150 ringgit. On 11/9/20 I received an offer letter for the January 2021 session again from City University. I don’t think so. The required background color is CLEAR white. Your photo here has a grey-ish background. I use similar photo to yours before and it got rejected

As mentioned by @ramdhan_1, the background of the photo should be pure white. However, we can only verify if the photo is acceptable upon receiving the application. You can refer to the passport photo guidelines on our website:
