You can only apply for the travel authorization after your VAL has been issued by the Immigration Department. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hosamahmed, they printed a paper related the ssue on 6th april, so i red that paper bro, but i’m not sure they work the applications less then 35 or above

We will be processing applications effective 6th of April. However, the applications will not be submitted to the Immigration Department as the Immigration Department will remain closed until after the MCO. Applications which were submitted to the Immigration Department before the MCO will remain on hold until after the MCO.

Kindly note that you can only return to Malaysia after the VAL has been issued. We are unable to guarantee that the VAL will be issued before your visa in Vietnam expires as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
