I’ve got new papper regarding this issue, international student have to pay RM 2730 for Quarantine fee at hotel bro. If you want the file i can share with you. But still,their not supposed to charge student like this

Existing international students are required to apply for the travel authorization. Upon issuance of the travel authorization, you need to download the letter of undertaking (LoU) and proceed to apply for the letter of approval (Entry Permit) from an accredited Malaysian Mission.

Kindly note that all international students are subject to the quarantine order and non-compliance will result in legal action. At present, we are in the midst of clarifying the quarantine procedures for international students.
