I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to kindly request an update regarding my visa application. I submitted the application approximately one month ago, but the progress is still showing only 30%.
I would be grateful if you could please inform me of the current status of my application and let me know whether any additional documents or actions are required from my side.

  Kindly be informed that we are unable to process the application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system has highlighted an issue with this individual. The institute is required to contact the Immigration Department of Malaysia for further clarification.
