Dear EMGS Officer,

I hope this message finds you well.

My passport number is B00036415, and my application number is E#########.
Currently, my application progress stands at 15%. I have received the second notification requesting the submission of the Release Letter.

Upon receiving the first notification regarding the Release Letter, I promptly contacted my previous institution. They informed me that it would take approximately 5 to 10 working days to prepare the document. I also informed my present institution about this situation at the same time.

I kindly request your understanding and patience, as I am in the process of obtaining the Release Letter from my previous institution. Once received, I will immediately submit it to my present institution for further processing.
