From Egypt and yeah that’s my second year in Malaysia but my first year in UTM i was in MMU in a foundation year

Mine was at 70% when i came to Malaysia. Did my medical screening on around 5th January after that it went up to 75% and 80% after medical screening approval.Then it was changed to 85% on 10th February and 100% on 11.but due to some problem it says application closed

It means that your application is active with emgs. The next step is for emgs to issue a supporting letter for the sticker. Then, in a few days after, you will receive a notification to submit your passport at the university for the sticker.
