@mazen_16 Since new international students are currently not allowed entry into Malaysia, the VAL issuance process will most likely be put on hold. We will notify institutions and international students once we have received information with regard to the VAL issuance for new international students.

Hi Mazen,
As per the revised circular from The Immigration Department of Malaysia, entry for all New International Students is on hold until further notice. Rest assured, we will advise further once we receive an update on this matter.

I didn’t mean the entry I meant the issuance of VAL

Hi Mazen,
The Immigration Department will resume the process of issuing VALs on the 1st of August. It doesn’t mean the VALs will be approved on the 1st of August. The approval to issue the VALs is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Yes allowed
Supposedly, yes, international students holding evals are allowed to enter now. They’re still refusing to say what’s going on with issuing evals though.
