Hello EMGS office,
My name is Mayzer Mahomed Mussá (passport number: AB0982386). I’m writing this email because my visa renewal process is currently on the 45% and it says that it is in progress with EMGS and the remark is the issuance of the student pass is in progress with EMGS. I wanted to ask is there a way of making this process faster the visa renewal? Because I’m really needing for the visa to come out soon. Because I have a flight ticket booked for the 30th of January, because on the 1sf of February I need to present myself for internship abroad and I can’t change the date of the internship. I’ve tried speaking with the company but they demand that I start on the 1st of February so I got my ticket for the 30th of January but now I’m worried with the visa process. Is there a way of speeding it up? I’d appreciate it a lot.

  Hi Mayzer Mahomed Mussa. Please be informed that we are yet to receive your passport from the institution. Kindly request the institution to submit the passport to EMGS so that we can proceed with the sticker endorsement process.Once your passport is submitted to the Immigration Department, it takes approximately 14 working days for the approval.     My university has already submitted the passport. Was wondering will the passport be able to maybe get out by the 28th because I need to travel on the 30th for internship purposes that start 1st of February. I’m a bit worried about this. Because the company doesn’t accepts me changing the start of the internship date.
