My name is Ma Xiaoya and my passport number is EJ3620507. I am writing to inquire about my application for student visa renewal.

Earlier, my student visa unfortunately expired. Fortunately, after a series of efforts, I successfully got the special pass last week. However, I have found a situation where, although I have completed all the processes of my renewal application, the status of my renewal application has not been restarted on the relevant website.

This situation makes me very worried, and I worry that it will affect the follow-up study and living arrangement.
