I don’t think it’s possible. The visa you get is for one program which is clearly stated. You cannot have one visa with two programs. -

Please be that an international student is only permitted to hold one student visa at a time. After completing the Master’s program, you can apply for a PHD.

Kindly be informed that the relationship letter from the embassy and bank statement (Must have an average balance of end month of RM10,000.00 for 3 latest months) is required document to apply for the dependent application. But why emgs website shows that only birth certificate and marriage certificate is needed. My child birth certificate shows his name, birthday, who is his mother and who is his father already. Please double confirm for me if an extra relationship letter is necessary.

According to the requirements set by the Immigration Department, the relationship letter is a mandatory document for a dependent pass application. Kindly note that the bank statement must have a sufficient bank balance amount which is an average balance of end month of RM10,000 for the 3 latest months.
