I have an issue regarding my VAL application, the statue says that my application has been closed for the late pending documents. When I contacted the EMGS they have informed me that they have required additional documents and waited for more than 90 days. I have submitted the additional documents to their email but it turned out that I have miss spelled their email address.
Please could you help me with this matter regarding re-opening VAL application, because the EMGS told me that I have to contact my institution for this matter.

  The request to reopen the application can only be submitted by your institution. Kindly note that your institution is required to submit the complete additional documents, along with a cover letter at the EMGS one-stop centre. The request is subject to approval from EMGS.
  
  We advise that you forward the documents to your institution and request that they submit a request to reopen the application.
