So my status says REJECTED, it says that it is ready to download. I am confuse who has the authority to download that document, the school or me? How could I know if the school doing the appeal or not? Hey everyone!

The status is emgs is in REJECTED status since April 4 and it states that its already ready to download but seems like the school where i enrolled my visa is not doing anything about it. I want to know is there is an expiration for this status? Thank you!
