  We are unable to provide you with a time-frame for the issuance of your VAL since your application is currently on hold. The processing of your application will only resume upon receipt of the complete additional documents.

Hey there, my application is stuck on 20%. Why is it taking them a lot of time even though I have provided them with everything they have requested? I have been waiting for this for quite some time know and I have missed out on the semester because of how complicated things are.
