Dear EMGS,
My application has been stuck at 20% for a month now. I sent emails to the your department and I was told to communicate with my university whom are still waiting for my paperwork to be processed as well. I would just like to know how long (approximately) will it take for my application to be approved knowing that I have provided you with all the needed paperwork.

  We are unable to provide you with a time-frame for the issuance of your VAL since your application is currently on hold. The processing of your application will only resume upon receipt of the complete additional documents.
