Hi, I’m contacting on behalf of my sister Abrar, passport number 11924350. Her visa status has been stuck at 15% for a month now. Her intake is in September and we are worried it will affect her enrollment. All required documents have been submitted and we didn’t get any request for more info. Could you please check and let us know why there is a delay? Thank you

  Thank you for your response, but I kindly request that this matter be resolved faster. The procedures are extremely slow, which has caused the student a great deal of anxiety — 15% for over a month is not normal.
  
  Please note that all documents were sent and the required fees were paid back in July, but the university delayed submitting the file until August, and now we are facing a visa delay. As I explained previously, studies for the September intake will start soon.
  
  I would appreciate it if you could escalate this issue so we can understand the reason for the delay or at least be given a specific timeframe that we can follow up on
