You are required to present both the passport with the SEV and the VAL at the point of entry. Kindly print your VAL in color copy and bring it along with you when you travel to Malaysia.

We follow the name listing as per the machine-readable zone (MRZ) of your passport. If your surname is listed first in the MRZ, then the VAL will be issued with your surname listed first.

You will have to make the medical screening twice, the first one will be in Egypt in order to be able to apply for a specific university. Then, after arriving to Malaysia, you will redo the medical screening at one of the medical centres in Malaysia, you will no longer need the one done at Egypt once your visa has been issued.

The declaration is enough.. I did it ant took evl before one month ago.. When com to Malaysia you can do medical screening

All international students are required to submit the health declaration form when applying for the VAL. Kindly note that upon your arrival in Malaysia you are required to attend the post-arrival medical screening. This is applicable to all international students. Kindly liaise with your institution for more details.
