Dear EMGS Officer,
My passport number is EL6363379, it’s been 16 working days since you received my passport for the student visa renewal. I really need my passport back before the end of this week. I really appreciate it if you could help me speed up my application.

  I saw someone submitted their passport later than me, they got 80% on 13th March, and now their progress is 90%. However, mine is still 80%.

  We understand your concerns. Kindly be informed that the Immigration are still in the midst of processing the student visa. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process, and we will notify the institution once your passport is ready for collection.
