Dear EMGS Officer,
I am Guira from the Philippines, and my application number is #########. My application has been stuck at 15% for a month, despite the additional documents being submitted and the issues marked as closed. However, there has been no further progress.

As my application has been in process for seven months and my course intake begins in April, I kindly request expedited processing to avoid any delays in my enrollment. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

  Hi Guira,
  We require the institute to walk-in to EMGS for further verification. A notification has been sent to the institute since 18 February 2025, however, we are yet to receive any updates from them. Therefore, kindly liaise with them for further clarification.

    Please clarify which institute are you referring to. As additional documents that were requested where already sent. I was also asked to write a letter explaining my uncommon situation.

      Hi Guira,
      The additional documents are yet to be received from the institution. Therefore, kindly liaise with them (Imperium International College) to walk-in to EMGS OR provide us with the supporting documents to proceed with your application.
