Dear EMGS Officer, I have an issue on my visa application which resulted on my application to be stuck on 15%. If there is anything i can do to help the issue progress? if so please send a way to contact so this issue can resolved at a faster pace, in addition i have sent an email of missing required files in both the EMGS email and my institution email, application number: E######### passport: X1729791, thank you!
