Dear EMGS team,
My name is Maria Fadheli. My passport number is #########. My visa renewal is stuck at 50% for two weeks. Considering that I will be going back to my country next month, can you please help to speed up the process?

  Kindly be informed that as per check, the Immigration is in the midst of processing the special pass. Once the special pass has been approved by the Immigration, the institution may submit the passport to EMGS for the renewal of student pass process. As such, any update will be notified accordingly.
