It should be a matter a few days but as I can see from others’ posts it is already taking a long time. Check constantly with your university.

There is no specific time-frame required for the status to progress from 95% to 100%. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.

It can be used only in case of emergency cases or when you are hospitalized and not for the clinic visits. They give you some member id card along with it. Before buying that contact your university if they have a cheaper option.

How long did it take to go from 0 to 100%????
Starting from 24th July 2019 “Student Record Created” to 29th October 2019 “Application completed”, the total time spent is 3 months and five days. It might be a bit faster if you don’t face any pendings in your progress.
