I would like to kindly follow up regarding the status of my passport and Student Pass renewal application.
My classmate and I submitted our passports on the same morning. She has already received her passport back today, while my application status is still showing 80%. I would like to ask if there are any issues or additional requirements with my application that may have caused the delay.
I am quite concerned because my current Student Visa is due to expire very soon. I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly check the status of my application and let me know if there is anything I need to provide or do to facilitate the process.
