I submitted my payment information on 22 Jan.

But my EMGS status still remains 0.

Can you please check if I need submit any other documents? Passport：EJ6896687，Ma Qixiang.

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the proof of payment submitted by the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to process your application accordingly.
