Dear EMGS Officer,

I have applied for a visa (Application No: E#########, Passport No: A03845647) and was informed that the recent photograph I uploaded appears to be slightly different from my passport photo. As per the requirements, my institute is required to reconfirm the photograph. I have already contacted my institution regarding this matter.

In addition, I have submitted some other documents to EMGS that I believe may help resolve the issue. Kindly confirm if the additional documents have been received and review them carefully. If any further corrections or information are needed, I would appreciate it if you could kindly specify them.

As my university registration deadline is approaching, I would be grateful for your prompt assistance.
