To whom it may concern
One of my colleague’s vdrs for her family members got lost last week she is rather sad and has searched a lot after the vdrs but she has not yet found, therefore I kindly request you to advise us about what is the regulation and procedure to get it again from the immigration office,

  Please clarify what VDRs you are referring to as we only issue VALs, and the SEV (from the Malaysian Embassy) for applicants enrolling to study in Malaysia. If the documents you mentioned are for the applicant’s dependents, we advise that she checks with the relevant authorities who issued the documents.
