we lost the Visas with refference(VDR) then based upon the advice and direcrtion of the immigration office we provided all the necessary document like police report and explanation letter and sent these all to immigration office via the related university. Hi Mansoor,
Please clarify what VDRs you are referring to as we only issue VALs, and the SEV (from the Malaysian Embassy) for applicants enrolling to study in Malaysia. If the documents you mentioned are for the applicant’s dependents, we advise that she checks with the relevant authorities who issued the documents.

I feel sorry for the trouble you have been to. Since you submitted the vdr application to the immigration department through your university, emgs is not in the loop.
