Please do the medical part at your country first, then only when you coming to Malaysia you may endorsed it at Usm Panel clinic ( Pusat Sejahtera)

What does it mean ? Means I can do medical test in Pakistan by approved clinic and then when I will go to Malaysia .. they will not do any tests but just endorse it .. ?

  The thing is there are a total of two tests. One of which is going to be done in ur country of residence in ur case pakistan, and then second will be done once you arrived in malaysia. If you live in islamabad i suggest you go to Nayab Labs as they are approved by the Malaysian government.

    If I do both tests from approved Malaysian government ? Still one test to be done there on arrival ?

      No. Your required to have done your medical check up
      Once in your home
      Country and the other one will be done once you reach malaysia.
