Subject :Urgent guidance needed on students
Dear EMGS,
I am an international student at APU from South Sudan. I arrived in Malaysia on 11 June 2026, but due to financial difficulties I have not started my studies and I plan to return home.

My student pass expires on 10 July 2026. APU informed me they cannot process my withdrawal because I have outstanding fees.

I am currently waiting for my family to send me my flight ticket. Could you please advise me on what I should do to leave Malaysia legally before my student pass expires?
