      Hi,

      EMGS will only be issued the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) for a new international student to obtain the Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the Malaysian Embassy in their home country. However, the existing student with an expired student pass can refer directly to the Malaysian Embassy to obtain the Social Visit pass (SEV).
