DEAR EMGS

BECAUSE I HAVE A NEW PASSPORT AND MY STUDENT VISA EXPIRED IN JANUARY 2022, YOU TOLD ME TO APPLY FOR TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION BY THE OLD PASSPORT NUMBER AND PUT THE NEW PASSPORT NUMBER IN THE FORM. I DID THAT BUT THERE IS A MESSAGE THAT APPEARS 👇

An application TE######### with travel document number #O530371 was submitted at 2020-09-30 23:08:04.

MAYBE I NEED TO CANCEL MY PREVIOUS APPLICATION #TE#########
