Please … Anyone who knows the student office at Kuala Lumpur airport or the 24-hour? And what Is the time expected to finish the procedures ?

  As mentioned by @marcus_1 the EMGS international students arrival centre (ISAC) is opened until 11pm (Malaysia time).
