I am submitting this explanation via the EMGS Hub system to formally clarify the difference between the issuance date stated on my academic results and the date reflected in the QR verification system.

This explanation relates to my academic results and my personal records and is provided to ensure full transparency and clarity for immigration and verification purposes.

The official electronic version (soft copy) of my academic results was issued and uploaded on 14 June 2025. This date appears in the QR verification system, as the QR code verifies the initial electronic issuance of the results.

The official printed version (hard copy) of my academic results was subsequently printed, approved, and physically issued to me on 18 June 2025, following completion of internal administrative procedures.

Accordingly, both dates are official, valid, and procedurally correct:
– 14 June 2025 – Official electronic issuance (QR-verifiable)
– 18 June 2025 – Official printed issuance to me

This difference in dates does not indicate any alteration, inconsistency, or invalidity of my academic documents. Both versions originate from the same official academic database and reflect identical, approved academic results.

I hereby confirm that the submitted academic results are genuine, accurate, and officially issued by my educational institution.
