Salam

Do libyan students need sev or val will be enough?? I didn’t find libya in both lists: val list and sev list -_-

And we are ALLOWED to enter malaysia without visa and stay for 14 days .. also, the malaysian empassy is closed in libya since 2014

Can anybody explain please??

  If there is no Malaysian embassy in your country you can come with your val latter to kl airport and go directly to the imegration counter in the airport before entering so they will issue your sev

  Don’t enter Malaysia as a tourist for 14 days. Apply for Val first

  You must send your ticket to your university so that a representative from the university must escort you from klia to immigration counter. NEVER get in to Malaysia with the tourist visa.. it will complicate the situation for you.

  Thanks .. so since i have got the val with me and the university representative is with me then i am ok .. right?? No need to sev .. val is enough.
