Hello, I have a SEV and eVAL. But in the app it says all inputs disabled so I can’t upload my SEV or vaccination certificate or anything else. Thank you for your help.

Please kindly help me. My application status is showing 100 percent yellow, but I have already obtained a single entry visa. How can I upload my single entry visa, as I am unable to upload in the app as showing disabled.
