Congratulations on your approval of your VAL. Soon it will be 80% then download and print it using a computer. Then apply for SEV to malaysia at your embassy (if needed). Then fly to malaysia and submit your passport to your institution, it will get 100%

Congratulations on the approval of your VAL application. The application status will only reach 100% after the endorsement of the Student Pass. This process will be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia.

Kindly note that we are yet to receive any update pertaining to home quarantine procedure. As per the buletin we received, all international students arriving to Malaysia are subjected to quarantine at designated government quarantine stations
