if you applied after 80% percentage you can download it throw the Emgs website. -
You need to apply for the val through emgs website.

Create an account here then file visa application https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/customer/account/login/
Give the apication extra care and comply with all requirements especially the photo size and specifications and passport copy. Make the required payment through a visa card. And keep your eye glued to the progress circle.
