Dear officer,
My name is Mohamed Abdelnasser with passport number: A31672192
My application reached 15% on 29/07/2024 and since then is has no progress.
It stated that it will take take maximum (5 working days) but it’s already ( 9 working days) now and still no progress.
My flight is booked in September. Please help me by checking my application.
