Dear EMGS,
my visa been on 0% for 15 days! since (2020/1/8) , i have contacted my university (uniten) 7 days ago about this matter, and the said that they are waiting for EMGS to process the payment, can you please tell me when will this be done and how long will it take, and lastly should i provide you any documents?
