Salam sir, I have received offer letter for PhD in Computer science from public sector University. Do I have to come to Malaysia for registration or registration will be done online without having visa pass??

The entry for new students is currently on hold until further notice. You will be required to register online upon receiving the EMGS approval letter. Kindly refer to your institution for more details.

If I apply for the PhD admission now at any public sector University. Do I have to apply for emgs val ?? As studies are online yet and entery is banned..

Hi,

Yes, you are required to apply for the VAL. The EMGS approval letter required for you to enroll in online classes can only be generated after your VAL application has been supported.
