I am having flight on 16th. Still no sign of travel authorization. I hv considered the ample time of 21 days.

We are unable to advise you which date you can reschedule your flight to, as there is no specific time-frame required to issue the travel authorization approval. The approval to issue the authorization is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

At Malaysia embassy here in Egypt you’ll be given the SEV the same day you applied for it.

I asked them about this, and here’s what they said (Do note that this is prior mine being approved) “Please be informed that we are unable to update your new flight ticket details since your document is submitted to immigration department.
However once your travel application approved you can travel with the new flight ticket.”

Once you have obtained the approval from both the Immigration Department and the Malaysian Embassy, you are not required to update us with your new flight ticket.
