If I am not wrong, you should not enter Malaysia before your Val is out.

If anyone asked you to contact them for help through email (except for EMGS). Don’t bother to email them, they are scammer and will always ask for money. @peteradela is one of them

Not to mention, the institution need to inform the government every time a certificate is issued. This allow them to verify the authenticity of the cert more efficient and prevent forgery.

You can’t blame them for that, certificate normally have a code that allow them for reference from the institution that issue it. On the other note, certificate is pretty much required anywhere when you apply for academic/work purposes.

50% your VAL is out already right? If yes then you can apply SEV and fly to Malaysia. You don’t need to wait 100% before you can go Malaysia. Contact your uni for help.

You can use the same medical checkup record to apply. Supposedly it will expire 6month later.

Yea, because emgs record is tied down to specific university and specific course. You can email emgs for more info.

Normally you will need to contact your uni because when you create this emgs record it is submitted by your uni. So basically if any problem occurred they (emgs) will contact your uni only

It did say 7-10days, that is if everything is normal. Now near cny I guess that why it’s slower. On their website it will say 2-4 week and NOT 7-10 days. So just be patient

After u got your VAL, you might need to apply SEV. If not then you can fly to Malaysia with your VAL

Medical process should not be affected that much. Whereas other factor might be affected depending on when your school start their classes. (You missed orientation as well)

Wait 1-3 working day to download. Depend on where u are from, u might need to apply SEV. Try not to book first if u need to apply SEV, only book after u got it.

U might have enough time if u don’t need to apply for SEV. It’s your responsibility to apply at least 2 month before intake date

U don’t need 100% to go to Malaysia, as long as VAL is approved you’re good to go. Unless you need SEV then u need u apply it before going to malaysia
