Dear Sir,
My passport number is EK5025182，and I submitted it at the end of June，but my application status has been 90% over one month，it is extremely abnormal. This unexpected incident makes everything mess, would you please speed up my process?

  As checked, your passport with a student pass has been ready for collection since 16 August 2024. Therefore, kindly liaise with the institute for further assistance in collecting the passport.
