Hi, dear officers. My passport number is EJ3343974. My visa renewal process has been stucked at 80% for half a month. Could you please check for me to see if there are some problems? Thank you

  Please be advised that your passport has been in progress with the Immigration Department since 18 April 2024 for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport. As per check, we received your passport on 8 April 2024. Dear EMGS officer,
My name is Zheng Lujie with number EJ3343974. I have submitted my application( extension of pass) to UM visa center on 13 March. However, the application progress has not changed until now ( still shown 100% for my last year application). I am wondering whether my new application is in progress? Thanks
